If you want to have accounts for courses

TCML has two types of accounts
- named account
- student accounts, valid for 1 semester
  student accounts will be deleted 2 weeks before maintenance
  
If users want to extend they can get a named account
  keeping of student accounts for more than the semester is NOT possible
  experience: it will end up in too much work, too much errors, it will mess up our account lists, ...

For courses there are two possibilities available
- personal accounts - one student one account
  we create the accounts and send account/login information to the students
- shared account - more than one student for an account
  we create the account and send the account/login information to the tutor
  
in both cases we need a list

Tutor Full name, Email
course name, semester
for every User: Full name, email address

The tutor will get a named account
we will update our lists name - email, account created, purpose, ...
every users email will be added to tcml-users

We need the list because we want to inform users about misusage of TCML
- running jobs on login nodes without slurm AND WITHOUT GPU
- running remote development tools on login1, login2
- abnormal file system usage
- running job which permanent usage of the file system (without scratch usage)
- TCML issues and maintenance
